Field visit by the Hürrem Sultan Foundation delegation to Zenica, Bosnia & Herzegovina, inspecting projects for equipping student dormitories and supporting Quran centers.

In the beautiful and historic city of Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the voices of young students echo daily with the recitation of the Holy Quran, our team experienced a truly unforgettable journey. Many of these students travel from distant villages just to seek knowledge, and they deeply needed a warm, comfortable place to rest after their long hours of memorization and study.

At the Hürrem Sultan Foundation, we didn't want to provide just temporary aid. We wanted to leave a lasting, sustainable impact that would accompany them throughout their educational journey. Thanks to your continuous support, we successfully launched a project to fully equip their living spaces.

Building Hope, Not Just Walls

As we furnished the dormitory rooms at the Islamic Center, we weren't just bringing in beds and furniture. We were building comfort for these young hearts; we wanted to build a lasting legacy and offer them the peace of mind they deserve while studying.

Strengthening Community Ties

During our field visit, sharing simple gifts with the students and seeing their wide smiles was truly priceless. To further strengthen our bonds and support for the Muslim community, we were honored to meet with the Grand Mufti of Zenica and paid a friendly visit to the Turkish Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
